- Have your order number ready (it starts with #)
- Use the same email address you used when booking
- Write to roadtoultraeurope@gmail.com and we will look it up straight away
Changed your email or name?
Tell us as soon as you can. Festival passes are issued against the details on your order, so it is much easier to correct them early than at the gates.
Buying for a group
One person can book for the whole crew. Send us the full list of names after ordering and we will keep everything together under the same booking.
