Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before you book your Ultra Europe 2027 pass. Anything missing? Write to us and a human answers.

Are these official Ultra Europe tickets?

Yes. Every pass comes from our official partner allocation — the same wristband sold by the festival box office. We never buy or resell tickets from marketplaces or touts.

Why are you cheaper than the box office?

Partners buy at an agreed partner rate. Most resellers keep that margin; we pass it on, which is why our passes sit below the public price.

What is the difference between the passes?

General Admission covers all three days and every stage. Fan Pit adds a reserved area right in front of the Main Stage. VIP adds elevated viewing decks, fast-lane entry and premium bars. The Passport Pack is the group option: buy four, unlock the fifth.

How many tickets are left?

Each pass shows its live remaining count on the tickets page. When a tier runs out it closes and the next price band opens — that is how festival pricing works, and it only moves upwards.

Can I buy for my whole group?

Yes. Increase the quantity on any pass, or take the 3-Day Passport Pack: buy four and the fifth is unlocked free. If your group is bigger than ten, write to us first and we will look after it personally.

Do I pay anything extra?

No surprises. Taxes and any fees are shown before you pay, and there is nothing to pay on arrival at the festival.

Is my payment secure?

Checkout is encrypted end to end with 3D Secure card verification. We never see or store your card details.

What if the festival is cancelled or moved?

If the organiser cancels the event outright, you are covered by the organiser's own refund terms and we handle the process with you. If dates are moved, passes stay valid for the new dates.

Is there an age limit?

Ultra Europe is an 18+ event. Bring valid photo ID — it is checked at the gates, no exceptions.

Can you help with travel and where to stay?

Yes. Write to us and we will send our Split cheat sheet: the areas worth staying in, how to reach Park Mladeži, and which island trips are worth doing before the festival.

Tiers only move one way

Ultra Europe sells out every year. Every tier that closes makes the next one more expensive.
